Rev. Rob Betts has served for over two decades in a wide range of pastoral and ministry roles. A native of Paducah, Kentucky, Rob began his ministry journey shortly after being honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1998. He and his wife, Sarah, have faithfully served together in local church ministry for more than 20 years. After graduation, the Betts family pioneered a church in southern Illinois and later served in music ministry and nursing home outreach. Rob did some itinerant preaching and served as an associate pastor before stepping into senior pastor roles in both Illinois and Kentucky.

Rob was licensed with RMAI in 2009 and ordained in 2012. He also served for seven years as a District Director for the RMAI Heartland Region. He currently serves as an Associate Pastor at Rhema Bible Church and is also a Rhema Bible Training College instructor.
